Reilly Downes is a Chicago-based, Texas-raised Americana artist and frontwoman of Reilly Downes & The Acid Cowboys, channeling something closer to if HEART went Americana. Her songwriting explores heartbreak, loss, and queer identity, delivered with grit, intensity, and a slightly unhinged edge.
So far in 2026, she has shared stages with Jaime Wyatt, She Returns From War, Lydia Loveless, Joshua Ray Walker, and more, earning a reputation for live shows that feel raw and unfiltered. She is currently preparing her upcoming album Reckless, produced by Jaime Wyatt, a record rooted in vulnerability, aftermath, and telling the truth even when it hurts.
